Ysoma Logistics
WHO WE ARE

ABOUT YSOMA LOGISTICS

With over 20 years of experience in the logistics field, YSOMA Logistics Ltd was built with one clear goal — to support self-employed drivers. We know the struggle from day one, and we believe this industry should be accessible, fair and transparent for everyone in it.

Whether you are looking to change your career or already working in logistics, YSOMA offers a straightforward path. We work with self-employed delivery service providers and help logistics businesses identify drivers whose profiles may match their requirements.

We focus on clear arrangements, responsible checks and transparent communication. Registering with YSOMA does not guarantee work, routes, earnings, a vehicle or an introduction.

How we operate

CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS

Terms, rates and responsibilities are set out in writing before any services begin. We do not make verbal commitments that are not reflected in the applicable agreement.

RESPONSIBLE CHECKS

We request relevant documents and carry out proportionate checks before facilitating any introduction or service arrangement.

TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION

We tell you what information may be shared, with whom, and why — before any sharing takes place.

NO MISLEADING CLAIMS

We do not guarantee minimum days, earnings, routes or continued work. Opportunities depend on demand, location and the requirements of the relevant logistics business.

OUR SERVICES

THREE WAYS WE WORK

DRIVER

Self-employed drivers may provide delivery services directly to YSOMA through designated depot operations. Current direct operating areas are SW17, KT10 and TW13. Eligible drivers may separately lease a YSOMA-owned van under written terms.

OWN VAN DRIVER

Self-employed drivers using their own suitable plain white or neutral van may register for relevant opportunities. Drivers remain responsible for their vehicle, insurance, tax and other business obligations.

FOR BUSINESSES

Logistics businesses and approved recruitment partners may request introductions to suitable drivers. YSOMA charges the requesting business an agreed flat introduction fee and never takes a percentage of the driver's earnings.

OUR APPROACH

CLEAR, FAIR AND RESPONSIBLE

TRANSPARENCY

Rates, fees, vehicle arrangements and responsibilities should be confirmed in writing before anyone proceeds.

DRIVER CHOICE

Drivers decide whether they wish to consider a proposed opportunity before their information is shared.

RESPONSIBLE CHECKS

YSOMA reviews relevant profile and document information where required. Businesses must still complete their own legal, contractual and suitability checks.

DATA CARE

Personal information is collected only for stated purposes and is not automatically shared with another business.

INDEPENDENT WORKING

Opportunities are intended for self-employed service providers. Legal status depends on the written agreement and the actual working arrangements, not the description used on the website.

NO HIDDEN FEES

YSOMA never takes a percentage of a driver's earnings. Any fees charged to businesses are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing before an introduction is made.

LEGAL STATUS AND OBLIGATIONS

The opportunities facilitated by YSOMA are intended for self-employed delivery service providers. Legal employment status depends on the written agreement and the actual working arrangements in each case.

Drivers are responsible for their own tax, National Insurance and insurance obligations. YSOMA recommends obtaining independent professional advice where necessary.
